Arline and I have been friends longer than our cumulative fingers and toes. We both love to cook but she is the baker. We have been canoodling for years about putting our brains and passions together into a common entity. So, Arline and I have created offerings from Thistle Creek Kitchen.

We both love traveling, trying new foods and customs, and sharing what we have learned. And even though we live more than a few states away, with the technology that we have in each other’s kitchens, we can co-create and share ideas and I can watch as Arline creates magic while we dream up new things to share with our clients.

We have been surprising our friends and family for years with our ginger cookies, chocolate ginger cookies and biscotti (what I insist is Cowgirl Hard Tack)—the best cookies you have ever eaten and made from the freshest ingredients you can find. So after I bought the ranch, so to speak, we thought this would be the perfect time to combine forces and bring Arline’s cookies to a wider audience via Thistle Creek Kitchen. Seriously, why order another fruit basket when you can have the West’s best cookie. So Aunt Cookie will be the creator and supplier to Thistle Creek’s Private label gingerssnaps and biscotti. And when I tell you they are the best in the world, I really mean it.
